Bleach Episode 346 The Man with the Fullbring Ability - Kugo Ginjo is the continuation of the 16th season of Bleach Anime Series entitled Lost Substitute Shinigami arc.
From the last episode Bleach Episode 345 Uryū is Attacked, A Threat Draws Near the Friends! Ichigo called the number on the card that Ginjo has provided. The next day at the school Orihime told Ichigo that Chad is missing since he has not gone to the school and asked him if he could come with her to Chad's house to check it out but Ichigo passed. Orihime came all by herself and it appears that Chad is not around so she just decided to leave a note together with the bread he brought. So Ichigo meet with Ginjo and Ginjo take him to there hideout. Ginjo explains about fullbring and them as fullbring users. He also meet chad there that seems to be out of himself.
